the estate of discount airline Ryanair founder Tony Ryan, who
reportedly spent $120 million restoring the property. The home was

slash it'll still be the most expensive home sold in Ireland -- that is,
when it does sell!

Spelling. It was sold for $85 million to heiress Petra Ecclestone after
it was on the market for two years at an asking price of $150 million.

Located in New York City on 80th and Fifth Avenue, the home known as the
Woolworth mansion is currently listed with Christie's for $90 million.
The home was built in the 1890s when retail chain magnate Frank
